How will you ship my order?

Orders are shipped via UPS ground or USPS, unless you have purchased a gift certificate; gift certificates are sent through USPS. Notify us if you have a preferred shipping carrier.

We take pride in carefully packaging your order and fully insure each shipment based on the value of your items. Need your package in a hurry? Contact us at 231.947.5088 for expedited shipping; there will be a cost increase per the method you select.

How do I know how much shipping and insurance will cost?

Shipping and insurance are calculated at checkout and will be noted on your online receipt.

How will an online Gemstone Roundtable purchase be shipped?

As loose stones have specific shipping guidelines, including a signature requirement, we will contact you to make arrangements once your Gemstone Roundtable purchase is complete. 

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to all 50 states. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will be charged for shipping. If you have shipping needs beyond the U.S., please call 231.947.5088, and we can discuss your options! Please note that we are not responsible for duty or import taxes for imported goods. International customers are also responsible for the total shipping costs and a $15 handing fee. 

Will you provide tracking information on my shipment?
