Where can I buy a gift certificate for Becky Thatcher Designs?

Gift certificates can be purchased on our website and ship for free. They can be found on the home page of our website and are available in multiple denominations.

 

What if I have a gift certificate? How can I use it? Does it expire?

Good news! Our gift certificates never expire. If you would like to use your gift certificate during this time, please email sales@beckythatcherdesigns.com.

 

Can you work on a custom design for me right now?

Yes! Becky is available to provide design consultations. To arrange a virtual appointment (Facetime, telephone, email), please email Kim at Kim@beckythatcherdesigns.com.

 

What is the status of my repair job? Are you still doing repair work?

We are doing some repair work. It will depend on the type of repair job. If you would like an update on a job that was in process, please email sales@beckythatcherdesigns.com.

 

If I have a job to pick-up, how do I get it?

Please email us! We can arrange to have the item shipped, continue to hold it, or perhaps arrange a delivery if you are a local customer. Send your questions to kim@beckythatcherdesigns.com.

 

Can I still order product from the website?

Yes, we are still processing web orders. We are offering free shipping on any U.S. orders. Please note that there might be a delay in shipping as delivery workers have an increased amount of shipments at this time.

 

Are you still planning for summer events, like Tuesday Teas?

We are hopeful that we can offer our typical summer event schedule, but we are unsure what orders from the state will be in place at that time. We will certainly let customers know as soon as those government directives are clear.
