What a beautiful day we had for our first tea of the season, the sun was out, the temperature was perfect and Becky's garden is blooming. We had a great gathering of old and new friends join us for our discussion on Designer Quartz and other related gemstones. David enlighten us on how these beautiful stones are carved and the lapidary artists' that create them and the beautiful jewelry that they are set in.  Cookie, Kim and Ruthie out did themselves again in the kitchen, the food was scrumptious.

Our next Tea day is July 8th (no tea on July 1st) and we will be discussing sunstones, padparadscha sapphire and other exotic yellow and orange gemstones. Hope to see there.
